These apartments are linked internally and privately by a connecting door from Apartment 1 into the rear hallway so larger groups can book the entire building. Located in Princes Square, this impressive yet personal cottage sits opposite the Jolly Sailor Pub and The Spar convenience store and is a 30 metre walk from the Harbour Front.
Princes Square also has 17 Free parking spaces on a first come first served basis.

Looe Holiday Apartment 1 and Looe Holiday Let 1 within the Looe Cornwall Cottage of Prospect House can sleep a mixumum of 3 adults utilizing a King Bedroom and 3/4 Sofa Bed in the Lounge......
For ensuite bathroom access privacy there is a heavy curtain across the bathroom side of the main bed but we advise only same family or close friends share each apartment.

The Looe Holiday Apartment and Looe Holiday Let has a private kitchen lounge diner with a 3/4 sofa bed, a dining table to seat 4 guests and a fully functional kitchenette area. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple, however the sofa bed and cot allows for an extra guest or a small family. There is a private connecting door into the rear hallway for larger groups wishing to book the entire building.
