About The Property
Smugglers Hide is a three story St Ives Cottage above the basement studio of a 2023 Global Refurbishment Award Winning Fishermans Holiday Cottage. It is a beautifully presented, individually accessed and self contained two bedroom cottage some 10 metres from the seafront at Smeatons Pier and with immediatre access to the beaches and restaurants of St Ives. It has an internal staircase that if needed links it to the basement property below for larger group bookings requiring a third bedroom, and is generally and securely presented individually.

Smugglers Hide Holiday Cottage has two double bedrooms, the middle with a single bunk over and is ideal for a pair of friendly couples or a small family to use as a central base to explore the local beaches and restaurants that are immediately on its door step.
Facilites
In addition to the two bedrooms, Smugglers Hide Coastal Cottage also has a small ensuite shower room, and a kitchen lounge diner with four ring hob, grille microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and all the tableware and implements needed to prepare a small meal or a light breakfast. It also has a useful outdoor shower in the yard for rinsing off the beach sand.
