Newly Refurbished to an exceptional Standard "Prospect House" offers two individually accessed and self contained Looe Holiday Lets and Looe Holiday Apartments within a historic 17th century Grade 2 listed detached Cornwall Cottage . These apartments are linked internally and privately by a connecting door from Apartment 1 into the rear hallway so larger groups can book the entire building. Located in Princes Square, this impressive yet personal cottage sits opposite the Jolly Sailor Pub and The Spar convenience store and is a 30 metre walk from the Harbour Front.
Princes Square also has 17 Free parking spaces on a first come first served basis.

For ensuite bathroom access privacy there is a heavy curtain across the bathroom side of the main bed but we advise only same family or close friends share each apartment.

The looe holiday apartment and looe holiday let has a private kitchen lounge diner with a double sofa bed, a dining table to seat 4 guests and a fully functional kitchenette area. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple or small family, however the sofa bed and cot allows for extra guests or a larger family stay. There is a private connecting door into the rear hallway for larger groups wishing to book the entire building of this Cornwall Cottage .
